This is the bourbon version of the Negroni. It's really pleasant, even on hot days. Definitely do this one if you have bourbon but no gin.
- 1 oz. bourbon
- 1 oz. sweet vermouth
- 1 oz. Campari
- orange peel
Combine all ingredients except orange peel with ice in a shaker. Shake and strain over fresh ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
