- 2 oz. bourbon
- 1 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
- 1/4 tsp. white curacao (I used triple sec)
- 1/4 tsp. Pernod
- dash of Peychauds' bitters
- lemon twist
- pineapple spear

Royal Roost
I went all out with this one, a bourbon drinker's drink with lots of tropical flavors you wouldn't expect.
