Another drink request at Murphy's. This one is a Manhattan with Jameson, vermouth and cherry bitters. You should ask for this on the 17th!
2 oz. Irish whiskey
3/4 oz. sweet vermouth
several dashes of bitters
cherry
Combine whiskey and vermouth in a shaker or mixing glass with ice. Stir or shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add dashes of bitters and cherry garnish.
